Hi! I’m Gina! I’m a native Floridian (one of the rare breed that’s actually from Orlando) and an OKC transplant. My husband’s job brought our family here in December of 2019, but if you asked me a few years ago whether I could see myself moving to Oklahoma I’d think you were crazy… And here I am! Just goes to show that God’s plan for our family and my own plan do not always match up. I’m actually super grateful for that! I’ve been on so many adventures in life that I never would have set out on by myself, but jumping in feet first has led to some wonderful experiences. Here are some fun facts about me. I’d love to get to know you better and I hope you’ll reach out either in my blog comments or on Instagram or Facebook!

I’m currently a stay-at-home mom to Graham (born 2015), Foster (born 2017), and Delta (born 2019) and wife to Jon. You’ll see plenty of them on here as we share our adventures!

Before becoming a mom, I taught high school history for seven years. I absolutely loved being in the classroom and I’m still a super nerd when it comes to history, but being a mom is my true calling and I’m so grateful to be able to stay at home with my kids.
Before the pandemic, I loved to cook… now I feel like I’m in a constant rut and my Pinterest boards are overflowing with new ideas as I try to keep things fresh.
When I lived in Orlando, I had a blog called Mom Explores Orlando and that’s actually the reason I’ve created this blog! Interacting with other local moms, encouraging them and helping them find new adventures brought me so much joy. I knew when we moved to OKC that I would want to continue doing that here!
I can’t wait to have y’all follow along on all our adventures!
